Attendance and Punctuality
- Attendance and Punctuality
All students must attend classes regularly and be punctual. A minimum of 90% attendance is required to qualify for final examinations. Absences must be informed in advance with a valid reason or documentation. Attendance is monitored for both in-person and online sessions. - Online Class Attendance
Students attending online classes must mention their full name and student ID in the official WhatsApp group before each class. This is necessary for verifying attendance in the system. Failure to comply may result in non-recognition of attendance for that session. - Class Schedules and Cancellations
Schedule changes or cancellations will be communicated through the official WhatsApp groups. Students are responsible for staying updated with announcements.
Behavior and Conduct
- Dress Code and Identification
Students should dress appropriately and maintain a presentable appearance. - Classroom Behavior
Maintain discipline and behave respectfully towards lecturers, staff, and fellow students. Mobile phones must be silent during class. Eating or causing disturbance during class is prohibited. - Communication and Conduct
Students should address any academic or administrative concerns through the proper channels. Misbehavior, harassment, or use of inappropriate language will result in disciplinary action. - General Code of Ethics
Students are expected to uphold honesty, discipline, and professionalism at all times. Violation of institutional rules may result in suspension or termination from the program.
Academic Integrity and Assessments
- Exams and Assignments
Academic dishonesty such as cheating or plagiarism is strictly forbidden. Assignments must be submitted on time. Exam eligibility is linked to attendance and payment completion. - Recorded Sessions
Recorded sessions of classes may be provided only to students who have completed full payment. If you need a recording, please call or WhatsApp the administration, clearly mentioning the date and time of the session. Recordings are subject to availability and internal policy. - Certificate Name Confirmation
During registration, students must confirm their full name exactly as it should appear on the certificate. Name confirmation will be requested again at the time of the final exam. If reprinting is needed due to student error, a penalty fee of Rs. 5,000 will be charged. - Repeat Examination Policy
Up to two repeat exam attempts are allowed without charge. From the third attempt onwards, a fee of Rs. 5,000 per exam will be charged.
Financial Policies
- Fees and Payments
All payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Students must ensure timely payment of fees. Non-payment may result in denial of access to classes or exams. - Withdrawal Policy
Payments already made are non-refundable. - Payment Validity and Transfer Policy
All payments are valid for one year from the date of registration. Payments cannot be extended to another year or transferred to another student if it exceeds one tax year. - Payment Default and Group Removal
Failure to pay installments on time may result in removal from official WhatsApp groups and class suspension. Students are expected to communicate payment issues in advance.
Facilities and Resources
Use of Facilities and Equipment Students must use institutional property responsibly. Any damage to equipment or infrastructure will result in fines or repair charges.
Administrative Procedures
- Administrative Communication & Official Letters
Students must communicate directly with the administration for any matters. The first two official letters requested will be free; from the third letter onwards, a fee of Rs. 2,500 per letter will apply. - Class-Related Administrative Communication
For matters such as class holding, cancellations, or payment shifting, students must send an official email to [email protected]. - Official Letter Requests
Requests for official letters must be sent to [email protected]. The email must include your full name, student ID, permanent address, NIC number, and passport number (if applicable).
